Tuesday January 1:

Morning workout =  P90X Shoulders and Arms

Wednesday January 2:

After work workout =   P90X stretch

Thursday January 3:

After work workout = Cardio Kick Boxing Class and Urban Iron Class

 Friday January 4:

After work Workout =  Gym; timed 5 mile run

Saturday January 5:

Morning Workout = Calorie Crusher (basically Insanity) Class and Urban Iron

Sunday January 6: 

 Morning Workout = Boot Camp Class, Arms
